How it works:

Step 1 - Free discovery call

A relaxed, no-obligation conversation to discuss what’s brought you here, what you’re finding difficult, and what you’d like to explore. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for how I work and determine whether coaching is a good fit for you.

Step 2 - Coaching sessions

If we decide to work together, you’ll book the clarity coaching programme, which consists of 3 x online coaching sessions, tailored to your individual needs, and designed to support you through your decision-making process.

What are sessions like?

Sessions are calm, thoughtful, and focused on what matters most to you.

Rather than offering advice, I’ll ask questions that help you notice what’s really happening beneath the surface — including the values, assumptions, fears, and tensions shaping your thinking.

We might explore:

  • The options you’re considering

  • What feels important, difficult, or unclear

  • What’s holding you back from moving forward

  • What a decision would need to honour for it to feel right

Often, clarity doesn’t come from forcing an answer — it comes from creating the space to think honestly and carefully.
