Hi, I’m Catherine

I work with people who are facing significant life decisions. I believe that when you’re given the right space and questions, you already have the answers you are looking for.

My role is to help you access that clarity - calmly, thoughtfully and at your own pace.

Often, the issue isn’t a lack of intelligence or effort - it’s the decision that sits at the intersection of emotion, responsibility, fear, and possibility. Thinking harder doesn’t resolve it. That’s where I can help.

I’ve coached individuals across the private and public sectors, and I currently coach at a Russell Group University. Through this work, I've seen how uncertainty around key decisions and looking in the wrong places for answers or guidance can quietly drain confidence and momentum.

My approach is calm, structured, and reflective. I don’t give advice or push outcomes. Instead, I help you slow the noise, separate what’s yours from what's expected of you, so you can think clearly about the choice you are facing - often beneath the surface of the obvious question - and make decisions that are more aligned with your authentic self and values.

I have a background in psychology with professional training in mindfulness, coaching, and counselling. My professional experience allows me to work skillfully with both the practical and emotional aspects of decision-making.

In addition, I bring my own unique experience of real life - as a partner, parent, carer, colleague, friend and family member. I know how complex decisions feel when they matter.

If you’re considering coaching, the best place to start is a short conversation.

No commitment.

No pressure.
